Last updated: May 20, 20261. Information Handled
Life KPI handles the KPIs, check-in records, memos, monthly reviews, custom units, notification preferences, language settings, and week-start settings that you create or enter in the app.
This information is used to provide the app’s features.
2. Storage
Data is stored on your device. When available, it is synced with your private iCloud / CloudKit provided by Apple.
A limited summary needed for widgets is stored in the local App Group shared container on the same device.
3. External Transmission and Sharing
Life KPI does not send your KPIs, records, memos, or monthly reviews to developer-operated external servers.
Life KPI does not sell user data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Ads, Analytics, and Tracking
Life KPI does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
The app’s Privacy Manifest declares no tracking and no collected data.
5. iCloud Sync
iCloud sync uses Apple’s infrastructure. When iCloud is available, your data syncs with your private iCloud.
The developer cannot view the KPIs or memos stored in your private iCloud.
6. Notifications
Life KPI uses local notifications for KPI reflection only when you allow notifications.
Notifications are managed on the device and are not used for advertising or external delivery.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete KPIs and records in the app. When iCloud sync is enabled, deletion may sync to other devices using the same Apple ID.
Deleting the app removes local on-device data. iCloud data management depends on your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
8. Children’s Privacy
Life KPI is not directed to children under 13. Use by children under 13 is not intended.
