Frequently Asked Questions
- Where is Life KPI data stored?
- KPIs, records, and memos are stored on your device and, when available, synced with your private iCloud. Life KPI does not use developer-operated external servers.
- iCloud sync is not working
- Check that your device is signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Life KPI can use iCloud. Sync may take a few minutes.
- How do notifications work?
- When enabled per KPI, weekly reminders arrive around the last day of the week at 22:00, and monthly reminders arrive around the end of the month at 22:00.
- The widget is not updating
- Open the app once and confirm that KPIs and records are saved. Widget updates can take some time.
- How can I delete my data?
- You can delete KPIs and records in the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletion may sync to other devices using the same Apple ID.
